This was, by far, one of the most pleasant internet purchases I've ever made. I went to the site Thursday night (very late) to place an order, and had a slight difficulty with the functionality of their shopping cart, so I emailed for help. I received personalized assistance within 24 hours and was given a free item and rush shipping, just for the brief inconvenience I had experienced. The package went out Saturday morning! Communication was terrific (and fast), and I liked that I was made to feel like a person instead of a nameless, faceless customer. I will update my review as soon as I receive my order, to attest to the quality of their product. They are a family-run business, making and selling baby harnesses, something I feel strongly that every parent of a toddler should own in this day and age.  
 
Updated 4/10: I received the harness on Monday after placing the order on Friday (kudos on speed!) It's a really clever design (check out the site) and as strong and sturdy as anything I can imagine. I like that you adjust it once to fit the child, then take it on and off with ease (no re-fitting every time). It comes in tons of colors (tons). It's reasonably priced. And it may seem counter-intuitive, but it's a HUGE positive that it blends in, rather than being in "kid" colors. It's not covered with bright blinding colors and prints, or animals, or stuffed like a backpack. My son would NOT be able to ignore it and let it be a HARNESS if it were designed to catch his eye and entice him to PLAY with it. That's one of the huge benefits of this harness. TommiGuard is the only child harness I found that met ALL of my requirements for a harness (and then some -- the Mom belt is a step above and beyond what I had constructed in my mind, but is GREAT). I'm thrilled with it. I also very much like that it's cool -- you won't have to worry about your little one sweating to death in this in the summer, and obviously it's no problem for winter to fit over whatever they're wearing. My little man LOVES the new freedom he's gotten now that he has it, and there is no price you can put on the peace of mind MOM has now that I never have to turn around, panic and feel my heart stop beating when I can't lay eyes on him for 2 seconds. I tell you this is one indispensable piece of gear for an active young toddler. Absolutely top score from me.
